About Langtang Valley Trek
Langtang Valley Trek had a pleasant journey in Nepal, starting from the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Kathmandu and driving to Syabrubesi . Following the route map, we started trekking from the lower Langtang Valley area to the small villages, farmlands and verdant forests of Kyangjin Gompa. We also climbed along Tserko Ri to enjoy the amazing sunrise view of Langtang Mountain. The area borders Tibet and was once an important trade route. We can still see the influence in the rich local culture. In addition, a trek to Langtang Valley took us to "Langtang Village", which was severely affected by the devastating earthquake that hit Nepal in April 2015. Our exciting 11-day trip to Nepal ends in Kathmandu.
Nepal is still top most traveller's wish list, but we can't understand why: beautiful scenery (have jungles, lakes and mountains), people are friendly, this is a once in a lifetime trek, it is safe and affordable. What are you waiting for? This is 3 reasons why we visited Nepal in 2020
